Do you want to get into the sneakers world? Here we’ve got you covered!
Shoes are essential for us human beings. That’s a fact that everyone knows. But when sports (more specifically, basketball) started to grow, the technology that comes within started growing too. By technology I specifically mean SNEAKERS, because that’s what we play basketball with, of course. These so called sneakers have been helping hoopers on court basically since the sport was created and established. Converse was the first brand to make shoes for the sport, but what they didn’t know back then was that they were starting a trending movement. This is because a little bit later on in time, people started wearing them off-court, for fashion and style purposes. This created the sneaker culture we know now. It was thanks to this that more now iconic brands started to emerge, continuing this on-court/off-court iconic madness. Of course, this relationship only exists for basketball players, but it applies for non-hoopers too ‘cause they can wear the off-court shoes anywhere as a perfect complement for their outfit.
In this section, we are going to talk about SNEAKERS in general, on-court and off-court. The on-court classification is already set on the main page of the site (per brand), and their specifications are going to be released gradually. With these ones it’s going to be no different. We know that there are many sneaker brands, and each of them have their own lines of fashion sneakers. So, I’m going to dedicate one post for each brand because there’s a lot to talk about.
We’re about to have fun, Zoners!
